Jeff began his real estate career in 2001 with Century 21 where he received recognition for top production in the form of the Master Ruby, Masters Diamond and Centurion awards. In addition, Jeff is a recipient of the Double Centurion Award and recognition. Only a small number of sales professionals in the Century 21 System ever reach this elevated status. Jeff founded J. Gibbs Realty in 2014 and joined forces with Keller Williams in 2019.

Terri began her real estate career in 1999 when she joined Inland Pacific Builders (IPB), and began new home sales in Pismo Beach. Within 2 years, Terri was the head of all sales and marketing for IPB and was responsible for the successful sale of 7 new home developments, roughly 1,000 new homes. She has spent the past 4 years with Coastal Community Builders as the V.P of Marketing. Her real estate marketing strategies have been responsible for the sales success of 18 new home communities from Solvang to Templeton. Co-founder of J. Gibbs Realty, Terri now provides her expertise to the winning team of J. Gibbs Realty – Keller Williams.
